I contacted Alan to ask if he could take out my existing gas fire and install my new one. He came around to look at the job and give me a quote the same day. Alan returned a day later to complete the job. He was very thorough, polite and tidy in his work. The job turned out to be a little trickier and took longer than he previously thought, this was no problem to him at all and his quote remainded the same. Very fair prices, I would not hesitate in using Alan again and i have saved his number in my phone for future reference. If you require an honest, fair tradesman than this is the company for you!
Burst hose behind sink, major leak, stop valve wouldn't shut properly. Alan came within an hour and replaced both valve and the hose with pipework. Made a difficult job look quite easy. Thanks Alan.
Alan came initially to fix a leak on a radiator and a leak on our combi boiler pipe work. Once the leaks were fixed however , we were still having to re-fill our boiler system daily. Upon further inspection, Alan told us that the boiler was on it's way out. (Knackered heat exchanger) So we needed a new boiler. Alan sourced a Baxi combi boiler (10 year guarantee) Alan and Scotty fitted it within a half day. No fuss, a very clean, efficient job . We'll certainly recommend ATS plumbing to friends and family.
If you want the job done right, I would look elsewhere! I had ATS out to fix an issue with my shower back in May, charged me £150 for 15 minutes work in which the plumber replaced a faulty part on my shower with another faulty part. Having contacted him about the issue with the new part he installed, it took 6 weeks for him to get a replacement and come to fit it. Now even with his replacement part, we are still having the same issue with the shower, tried contacting him further about it but he now seems to be ignoring me.
Had my toilet fixed by alan.he came on time and did a great job.we were very happy for his fast response to are call.we would highly recommend ATS plumbing &heating.
