Went there on a Friday about 145p. There is a few free parking stalls. Heard about this on tiktok. What makes this place interesting is that they make homemade pasta noodles out of interesting ingredients. We had the most popular one, marungay lechon pasta/ vinegar base sauce... very flavorful with lots of lechon. We also had the shrimp Alfredo with the taro noodles... sauce was a little thick, but tasty. For dessert we had the carrot cake... frosting was sweet but tasty. I believe the owner was our server and she totally sold the products. There is also local dishes, cookies, breads and noodle packs if you want to cook it yourself. It's a little on the expensive side, but servings are definitely adequate. I would definitely go here again, but i would want to try something else
O-M-G by far the best food Ive ever had ever!! Highly recommend this spot. I got the crispy pork on fried rice with garlic sauce and it was to die for. My husband got the Ramen, and were utterly shocked by how much they serve. He couldnt finish it all in one sitting. We also ordered the chocolate banana bread and that was sooo good as well. This place is 10/10 and they cook the food right in front of you made to order so it comes hot. The owner even recommended a beautiful picnic spot for us to go eat the food. 10/10 would eat here everyday!
Knowing this place from my friend and she insisted that I should definitely give it a try. Fortunately she suggested me to call and pre-order to avoid long wait. They indeed seemed to be very popular as I could see how busy the place was when we picked up ours. It’s also a to-go concept only so we enjoyed our pasta at the bench right next to the venue. The pasta was organic and all homemade from peculiar natural ingredients including moringa, taro, sweet potato, bread fruit, avocado, and local saimin. The one serving us was so nice and attentive, which indeed seemed to be needed here given how rich selections they offered. You got the option to pick your own choice of pasta, sauce, and protein or went for their combo. We opted for the latter as we got their Lechon Malunggay Pasta, which was Moringa pasta with roasted pork belly. Portion was HUGEEE and certainly shareable unless your appetite was so big. Meat to pasta ratio was also super general. The pork was cooked to perfection with flawlessly crispy skin yet juicy meat. The pasta came in just the right texture and was already flavorful on its own. You could pick spiciness level for which we took mild and we thought we should’ve gone for spicy. We also got Ube cheesecake for dessert that was also gigantic LOL. We finished it finally after multiple servings and it was still so good despite kept in fridge overnight. Dense yet not overwhelming and the ube flavor was so strong and I could tell it used real ube. This place was seriously MUST GO!
Popular mom and pops restaurant. The food is good but the service feels a little rushed especially if its your first time or second time, but the works are friendly and can help you with how to order but the pressure is the line behind you. So you have to make a decision fast. Unless youre a local and you know what you what already on the menu. The shop is small so take out only and there's always a line, so you know the food is good. You can also order a head too, found out once I got there but it didnt take too long for my orders to be ready. If its your first time I suggest looking over the menu beforehand so you're more prepared. Now the food. The food was delicious, nice and fresh and it's all local ingredients. I'm not too sure what I ordered but it was good and the portion is generous and can feed at least 2 people per plate. It is a bit pricey but with the portion its not bad. Overall its a must stopped when you're on the island and like local food. Ill be back.
It's been awhile since my last visit here and man oh man I can't say why I've been missing out on this fabulous food and the genuine Queen of kindness Miss Millie. She welcomes each customer with her sweet voice and gracious suggestions of entrees that make your mouth water. Her genuine Aloha makes you feel like family! I am ordering stuffed Chicken Breast with Ulu breadfruit noodles. Two slices of luscious Cheese Cake to go! Lucky I was able to walk in and had my meal ready to go in less than 20 minutes. Tip: Most days it's better to call ahead, because everything is made fresh here. It's worth the wait! My favorite local spot to get fresh local plates with their handmade noodles to go! Don't forget the Cheesecake for dessert! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Five Fabulous Stars for ALOHA, Service with a smile, local ingredients, delicious taste and quality that brings complete satisfaction!
