All the people I spoke to were very nice. I did have an issue with it taking just over a month and a half to get my mom’s ashes and death certificates. We were having my mom’s celebration of life, and when I explained that, they sent someone to my house with the ashes and certificates the night before. It was last minute, but I did finally get them. One of the lady’s there apparently thought that another person had already got a hold of me, but they had not. Either way; it just took a lot longer than I expected, and you cannot really get anything done without those certificates. Otherwise, they were very nice and I appreciate that they give you some options to help with the grieving process afterward.

Audrey Bober made everything go smoothly. Not knowing what to expect, or even how to proceed, Audrey made herself available and kept me informed through the entire process. When you’ve lost a spouse you’re not only grieving, but you’re in some level of shock as well, having someone to help is invaluable! Thank you, Audrey!

The staff was wonderful and professional helping me navigate through this difficult time. Thank you Audrey, Caitlin and so sorry I forget the lovely girls name at cremation office who I met to receive remains. I am so happy I chose All Cremation Options which is also Fuller Funeral. Chose of options and no hidden fees. They made the process very smooth in a timely matter taking care of so many details. My Thanks again to all.

All Cremation Options was recommended to me by a friend several years ago. It was always my intention to schedule an appointment, but didn't get around to it until it was too late. I had some experience with making arrangements for my step mother and my father, neither experience was good. One didn't explain anything to me, just shoved an urn in my face and handed me the bill. Then for my father, it seemed all they were interested in was selling me the most expensive package, showed little concern for my emotional state, in fact probably tried to take advantage of it. "Was he a Veteran? "You should honor him with this urn" etc. We found the same urn online for less than $100 that they tried sell me for $800. Enough of that kind of talk. My experience with All Cremation Options was professional, knowledgeable, confident, COMPASSIONATE AND CARING. I communicated with several members of the team, but I will forever by grateful to Danielle for, I believe, being her. A skilled, heart and mindful young woman who asked pertinent questions, did not pressure me in any way and answered what seemed to me to be my endless questions with kindness, patience and at times over and above what would be expected. Communication was excellent. Each encounter began with "How are you doing today?" Everyday, I knew exactly where we were in the cremation process from completion and filing of the death certificate to proper legal notifications. Honestly, everyone and especially Danielle helped me through the grieving process. I highly recommend All Cremation Options, Naples, Florida.
