I had an excellent experience with Allied Air, especially thanks to Adrian. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and patient. He thoroughly cleaned the drain line and took the time to clearly explain everything about my 10-year-old AC system. What truly stood out was his kindness and honesty. He answered all my questions without rushing and made sure I understood how to properly maintain my system. He also explained the benefits of the maintenance plan, including avoiding after-hours charges, which I really appreciated. It’s rare to find someone so competent and genuinely caring. I’ve used Allied Air for six years and have never been disappointed by their performance. I’ve had other AC companies come in who have damaged my equipment or tried to upsell me on items I did not need. The ladies in the office are always friendly.
