We have just made out two end of Life plans for my fiance and myself. We met with Cameron O'Dell licensed planning counselor for the Baldwin brothers funeral and Cremation Society. He made us so comfortable, even came to our home. I can't say enough about Cameron, he was so knowledgeable, patient, understanding and kind. A real people person! I would highly recommend them for anyone planning end of Life Services ahead of time. It was fast and painless with them.

I chose Baldwin Brothers of Fort Myers for my mother’s cremation based on a Hospice referral. Unfortunately, the experience involved multiple communication and service issues during an already difficult time. There was a delay in transporting my mother from my home due to internal miscommunication. I was later told I could pick her up on a specific day, but when I called to confirm, I was told the office was closed for a meeting and I would need to come the following day. The engraved charm for her urn was done incorrectly. Samantha, the funeral director, assured me it would be corrected and overnighted in time for my mother’s service, but it arrived two days after. Most concerning, after paying in full by check and receiving written receipts showing a zero balance, my credit card—used only for the deposit—was charged the full amount again. This occurred after working with Dawn Fields during the sales process. I’m sharing this to be honest about my experience. Clear communication, follow-through, and accurate billing are especially important for families during times of loss. And I'm still waiting for Jennifer the office manager to call me back about the charge on my credit card. It's been two days now.
