Excellent service from start to finish. Paul the technician cleaned my split-unit air conditioner thoroughly and professionally. I really appreciated that there was no attempt to upsell additional services or products. He didn’t mind me checking in and watching the process from time to time, and he was happy to answer questions. The final bill was exactly what was quoted over the phone—no surprises or hidden charges. He took his time, didn’t rush the job, and made sure everything was cleaned and working properly before leaving. It’s refreshing to find a company that delivers exactly what they promise. Highly recommended. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Kevin was courteous, knowledgeable, and thorough in his diagnosis of our issue and its repair. Bay Area answered my after hours call promptly with a person and not a computer or voice mail. I don’t know if the price was a good deal but I gladly paid the bill because the service was great.
I believe I have just found the ladies and gentlemen of the air conditioning business in Pasco County. Everyone I have talked to or had come into my has been extremely pleasant and helpful from the woman who first answered the phone (Yes! They answer the phone when you call! I wish I'd written down her name, she was lovely to talk to). The salesman, Jim who arrived at my door (okay, he was a little earlier than I'd expected so I had to ask him to wait). He was professional and did what no one else did when assessing my AC needs, he actually looked at my duct work and insulation. No new units are going to work efficiently if those two items are leaking or ineffective. I spoke to Laurie to pay my deposit and because my AC system was completely off Jeff came to add freon at no charge!!!! to keep my 10 year old system limping along until my install date for the new system. I'm also impressed by the fact that every door they unlocked was relocked and furniture they had to move was replaced. I'm 72 years old and suffering from a recent back injury. Two other AC companies have been here to give me bids on a new system and neither of them did what Bay Area AC did! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️+⭐️
We called BayArea Air Conditioning Inc for a second opinion. The first company stated we needed to replace our entire system since it’s 11-12 years old. We had Jeff Myers come out to give us an estimate on repair and or replace our air conditioner. After her checked our system he stated that everything is running good and you need no repairs. It’s great to know honest people are still out there. Thank you Jeff!
Call out for outside unit not responding to thermostat. Tech did not look or act like a professional, believe he had been drinking. Made my daughter uncomfortable. Hooked his gauges up and the unit came on, so he packed his tools and left. Unit quit again an hour later. Have had 4 companies work on this unit in the last two weeks all diagnosed expensive repairs. Spent $1600 between them, and unit still not working. Called Trane Factory and they sent out a Trane service tech and he found the air handler coils completely clogged with mold. . Took him 15 mins to find the problem. 2 hours to fix it. I have zero confidence calling techs blindly in that area now. Just curious what my $97 paid for. Don’t expect a refund but you missed out on a $1200 repair and full warranty on the unit. You may have a great company and that is why I don’t vent on social media but I did want to send you honest feedback back on how your company is being represented. All fairness your dispatcher did offer to send a different tech back out today but I had already spoken to Trane mfg.
