Needed a rental last minute and Best Rent A Car Provided. It was incredibly affordable, fast and easy. When I had to extend all it took was a quick text and it was confirmed. No hidden fees and quick deposit return. Thanks again! Highly Recommend! Will only use them in the future.

I rented from Best Rent a Car from 4/8-4/13.  My experience with this rental company was negative.  I was texted that my car was ready.  When I arrived the car was not ready.  They quickly washed and vacuumed the car but the inside had not been wiped down and it smelled like stinky feet.  There was a check engine light on and the windshield was cracked.  I was not notified of any of these things when renting. I called several times and was assured the car was ok.   I had to sign all the paperwork without seeing what I was signing.  Some of the items were not mention after looking at the signed paper.  The car only had 1/4 tank of gas when got in the car.  When I reserved the car it did not mention extra $$ for driving out of state.  It stated I had unlimited miles.  I  was asked where I was driving.  I stated Ohio.  The sales rep knew that I would be driving a long distance.  A car was given to me that had old tires on it.  On my way back to SC on was going 70 miles/,hr on interstate 75 with semi-trucks around me when my side wall tire on the driver's rear busted.  This put us in a very dangerous situation.  A situation that could have killed us.  This is a very serious situation.  I was driving at night and had to drive to the next exit and wait to buy a tire the next day.  I had the tire company examine all the tires.  By looking at the rear tires he could tell they were old , maybe even the original on the cars.  The car was 5 years old. The front tires were a little better.  But all tires were not good enough to be on a rental car.  This is unacceptable.  Some could have gotten killed.  I explained all of this to Sue.  While she was kind and said she sorry. It doesn't really feel like the right responds.  I am suppose to be compensated for the tire. But I wasn't offered a discount or to pay for the hotel. They did not have 24 hour emergency call number. Please do not rent from this company. Your safety is more important. I emailed the company and sent all the details of my experience. I have gotten no response back. Please, please DO NOT RENT from here.

Everything went smooth both time i rental from here. Definitely the customer service was very satisfactory. I will tell my friends and family about rental a vehicle from here.

Absolutely amazing place! When I tell you they are very polite and they always get you in and out with no problems, believe it. It doesn’t take long at all to get what you need. I love this place! All the staff is great.

Easiest and fastest car rental experience I have ever had. Staff is very friendly, they work quickly and the cars are always great quality. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for car rentals. Huge bonus points that they take debit card and a credit card is not needed.
