If there were more stars to give above 5 , I would give them more stars. They were so professional, helpful and experienced, understanding and cared for the customer. Starting from Elizabeth, to Kyle, to Micha and Jeremiah. I just had surgery and had no power and they scheduled an emergency appointment right away and in no time the Tech's were at my home and repaired/replaced the part right away. What a wonderful company and crew! I highly suggest them!

They are GREAT ! and actually saved us some money. They actually went back to their business to get us some new replacement lights as our old kitchen over the sink lights were worse than we expected. No extra charge other than the cost of the new lights. Their work was very professional and complete including cleanup. Thank you so much for all of your help. We will definately recommend them to all of our friends.

I highly recommend Biggerstaff Electric. Everyone I interacted with was extremely nice and helpful.. Lacey their admin was very caring and helped in every way she could. Charlie the owner was accommodating and genuinely cares about his customers. And Eric and Gary were the BEST electricians. They were so fast, getting the job done quickly and efficiently. I was amazed at the quality of work they did in such a short amount of time. Do yourself a favor and pick them the next time you need an electrician.

complete waste of time. came to my house and gave me a price for a project. a few days later i gave them approval (on a Friday). said Monday someone would call to schedule. no call Monday. I emailed and called. Said someone would get back to me soon. No return call on Monday. I called Tuesday and was told the same thing. No return call on Tuesday. I sent an email Tuesday night that i need someone to call me by 9am Wednesday or I would get another company to do the work. I got an email at 8:07am Wednesday morning tell me to get the other people to do the work. Moral of story? If you need any electrical work done, do NOT call these folks. They are much too busy to call you back and communicate with you.

I am very disappointed in the attitude of the workers who came today to finish a job that they were paid in full to do, they act as if they didn't care if they finished the job or not. At the beginning, when we talked with electrician we told him what we wanted, and he agreed. We wanted can lighting in the kitchen, eating area, and two hanging lights over the countertop, the electrician did everything we ask except put up the two hanging lights, he tells me that he doesn't supply the lights. And at no time did he advise us that we needed to go out and buy the lights. So I go out and buy the lights, thinking this shouldn't be that hard to put in. Well after removing the lights from the box, I realize that the wiring isn't the same colors, I read the instructions, but can't make sense of them. So I guess that I will have hire someone else to do a job that someone failed to do. I guess when you live on the wrong side of town, you don't receive the Quality work as they give the other side.
