My husband, daughter, and I visited Rhodes for the first time in the last week of August. The place is enchanting; in fact, we only had so few days to visit it all! The Bongi team was super efficient... From the very beginning, Marica and then Nadia helped me step by step through purchasing the package, the excursions they offer, and any questions I might have. Once on site, Lorenzo and Adriana were very kind, helpful, and always ready to offer advice that proved very helpful. The only thing I should be careful about is the accommodation, as the Kaluah Hotel is a little different from a traditional hotel, and we didn't always get along with the management due to small inconveniences that arose along the way. But overall, I can only say WOW! My review is more than positive! 😉

This is my first time booking an organized trip, and I was amazed by this agency's impeccable organization. Months before departure, they advertise all available excursion packages with the option of booking in advance. The assistance was complete, from arrival at the airport to departure on the last day. The property was centrally located, clean, and the owners were very kind and helpful. The four Bongi operators were always efficient, providing us with all the information we needed in advance before the excursions. The price was very reasonable. My boyfriend and I spent seven wonderful days in Rhodes, made even more special thanks to Bongi Travel. From day one, Carla and the entire agency team (Gianpaolo, Lorenzo, and Adriana) were incredibly helpful, friendly, and always ready to help us with anything we needed. We took part in several excursions organized by them, all perfectly planned and full of emotions: enchanting places, interesting explanations, and a smile guaranteed. A GUARANTEE!!! I was in Zakynthos (August 2024) I can assure you that BONGI is a giant! Their reliability, availability, courtesy, and fun are their strengths. Always available 24/7 before, after, and during your vacation. The excursions are amazing. I would do them again 1,000 times over! I just returned from vacation. I felt practically at home with the Bongi staff. Always there, always available, and always with a smile on their faces, willing to do anything to make us enjoy our vacation to the fullest. The excursions were magnificent; we discovered enchanting places, a reality we never knew existed. The convenience of the transfers included in the Bongi package was essential, as taxis were unavailable 99% of the time in the morning. First of all, I thank Luigi, who was impeccable. He has such a kind and pure heart (as does the entire team) and was a bit of a father to us all. Stefano and I both helped and supported us when my girlfriend and I encountered a small (external) problem. A special thanks to Francesca, Martina, Gianluca, Luca, and Sabrina for being part of one of the most beautiful holidays ever. Thank you for your generosity and for the love you gave us. I'm so happy we chose you, thank you for all this! ❤️
