Update: Thank you for your response. While I appreciate that there were multiple visits, the number of visits does not change the final outcome. The window treatments remain uneven, with noticeable light gaps and an appearance that I believe falls well below the quality I was promised and paid for. After months of appointments and attempted modifications, the issues were never satisfactorily resolved. My review reflects my personal experience so that other customers can make an informed decision.
Pedro and his partner were very polite and professional. They were concerned about making the shade they were installing work properly and safely. Pedro called his manager and spoke about the issues of concern. ( Then wall was flush with the door so there were concerns that the shade would hit the door handles and not come down smoothly). Pedro informed me of his conversation and his plan to install the shade so it would be safe. ( it was a very large and heavy shade.). After the shades were installed, they both explained how to operate the shades, how to clean them and explained the warranty. They were wonderful to deal with and I appreciate their professionalism.
Absolutely love this company. From the day of installation which was so easy and the many times I have needed them to remove my blinds due to renovation of my home as well as now for new windows and doors, they are fantastic. Easy to schedule and prompt for appointments. The remote blinds are of excellent quality and have a 5 year warranty.
Pedro and Corey did a great job. They were very professional individuals who paid close attention to details during the installation. Before completion they explained how to care and operate for our new shades and curtains and left us very satisfied with their work.
Corey and Junior , installed my custom drapery . They did an excellent job !! They were Very knowledgeable and experienced . They were courteous and took the time to meticulously install hardware & then “ dressed “ them beautifully ! I’m very pleased with their installation work . I would highly recommend Junior & Corey .
