We visited this establishment for information on a revocable trust with Mr. Sanchez. This was a free consultation with Alvaro, who was very professional and informative. He didn't rush us with any sales issues but answered our questions. Located right in downtown Cape Coral and we look forward to working with this law firm in the future. Update 10/02/2025 After having the free consultation with Mr. Alvaro Sanchez (Lawyer) we decided to move further with the law firm. Alvaro discussed all the procedures that would be considered with having a Revocable Trust. He answered our questions and after reading other reviews we felt that his firm would be a great idea. We came in for a signing of all the paperwork with the help of Maria, Adriel and Jennifer the procedure went smoothly and professionally. Alvaro and the firm's coworkers were extremely friendly; they did not rush us at any time. Julie the receptionist made us feel at home and let me have all the candy I wanted, smiling! Everyone at this firm were extremely courteous and friendly, we are so glad to have them as our team of consultants, thank you!

We wanted to sell our property in Cape Coral, and at the beginning the communication was excellent. We received a questionnaire to fill out, which we completed promptly. Shortly after, we were asked about an advance payment to prepare the contract. We responded to that email as well and provided a different email address for the payment — my wife’s, as she is the legal owner of the property. Up until then, communication had been through my email address. There was a follow-up question regarding this, which we answered truthfully. Not long after, we received an email stating that the lawyer could no longer take us on due to other commitments and lack of capacity. This is something that could have been communicated much earlier and would have saved us a significant amount of time. Now we have to look for a new company and hope that our interested buyer does not back out due to the delay, which could result in financial loss for us. A very disappointing development, especially since everything started off so well. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company.

I hired this law firm to resolve an issue with an estate. They were always very friendly when I spoke to them, but they were not considerate of my time or my expenses. They allowed this case to drag on for YEARS and continued to take thousands of dollars. They allowed the adverse party to drag things out and not respond in a timely fashion or repeatedly send the same thing. They had me work with several paralegals and passed me through at least 4 attorneys, one of which was more expensive than the contract I signed. Another attorney I was working with was fired from the firm, and they never told me. I was not a difficult client; they just passed me along because they didn't care. In the end, as a resolution was about to occur, and the judge said that they found in my favor. They told me I would need to incur more costs to proceed and they could not guarantee a positive outcome. At that point, I could no longer afford to continue to pay them, because they just kept charging me. I had to stop because I had no idea how much more I'd have to pay. Then they let things end just like that after I had given them business for years and paid thousands of dollars. No one reached out to wrap things up, and if they did, they probably would have just kept charging me. They sure made their money on me. Very disappointed! I would not recommend this firm for resolving any estate issues!
