It was good except a lot of clothes were out of place or the hanger didn't show the correct size, but they have a lot of cute things. It was just hard to find my size is all & some items they have like the shoes when you pick them up to look at them start screaming at you because of the alarms on them. They have some products they I guess can't take the alarm sticker off but they tell you that you will set the alarm off when you leave. But other than this my shopping trip went well. I had to go so I could replace my clothing that has recently been kept from me getting my clothes back.
If I could leave zero Stars I most definitely would. Tonight I went into Burlington where I'm at at this moment because my battery died my jump box was dead as well. Four of the Burlington employees I think including one manager maybe two walked out the doors as they were walking out I asked all four if one of them could give us a jump I had the jumper cables I just needed a quick jump all four employees and managers had vehicles of their own, and proceeded to look at us and tell us know they could not jump us off every single employee and manager got in their cars and drove away. The problem I have of this is is this not there place no to jump my car off, but as a human being in society, you would think that somebody would want to help somebody out with a 5-second jump literally especially when their job title is customer service. Because of this I will never return to this Burlington I will never shop at a Burlington again and I will pass this on to my friends family and loved ones and people also do not know. If you can't bring your customer service outside your doors once your doors are locked, then that tells me that your customer service throughout the whole time I'm in your store is literally for a paycheck. As a sales manager for 15 plus years my employees would have had the respect to help a customer a paying customer get their car started. Burlington what does it say for your company, what does it say for your standards, and do you really care about your customers are the money that they bring into your store you would think that it would be both because without your customers Burlington wouldn't exist. I've been a long time shopper at Burlington years upon years and I will never step football again. Update it is now 11:30 I think or almost 11:30 and I'm still sitting outside in the parking lot with a dead battery and the manager of the shift literally left like 3 minutes ago and continues to drive away I've never been one to drive by with someone in need of help... All I can say is let's hope the next time your battery does that people don't just walk by after telling you know they will not jump you off.
Love shopping at this Burlington location. Store is always clean and well maintained!
Store has great options for clothes and home items. The selection was good and the store was very clean which I love.
It was on our way to Asheville so we stopped in. Kind of disorganized and busy but found a few things we could use. Checkout girl was very friendly
