I placed an order for pickup because I had my toddler with me, and it’s much easier to do takeout that way. When we arrived, there was no one at the front, so we went to the To Go sign by the bar. We stood there and were completely ignored by the employees. After waiting for a while, I finally stopped a waitress to ask where I could pick up my food. I likely would have continued being ignored if I hadn’t flagged someone down myself. She told me to go to the other end of the bar, so I did—only to be ignored again. At that point, I was getting really irritated. It wasn’t like I was standing there alone unnoticed—I had my toddler in my arms the entire time. The lack of acknowledgment and poor service already made for a frustrating experience. To make matters worse, once I got back to the car, I realized they hadn’t even included a fork with my order. Then when I finally ate the food, the chicken was extremely dry and completely tasteless. Overall, the service and food quality were both disappointing.

Food tasted okay. Definitely not as good as it used to be years ago. Our server was friendly. Downsides: they Sat us in the corner next to their cleaning supplies (only 2-3 feet away from our table). Every so often, a server would come next to us and spray their paper towels with some kind of cleaning chemical and the spray particles would be near us. We asked to sit in a booth but they said “we don’t have any available” even though there were a bunch open. Biggest downside, which will probably be the reason I’d never come back to this restaurant again in the cleanliness of the restaurant. My drinking glass looked like it hadn’t been washed! (Pictured below). Unfortunately, I didn’t realize until I was halfway done with my drink that there was lipstick (not mine) on the cup! Before he gave me a straw I did drink straight from the cup & that really grossed me out. When I told my server, he just said “I’m so sorry, that’s really gross!” The floors also looked really dirty and the place had a weird smell.

We went on a kinda busy night. Waitress we had wasn’t friendly with us. She didn’t have a name tag on and I didn’t ask for her name. We did a mobile order in the parking lot before we went in since they don’t have the tablet you can’t get rewards or anything unless you order online $5+ so I normally order my food on the app. Time for pick up was 7:38-7:43 I notified waitress when we got there that I also had a mobile order and asked where to get it and she said they will bring it to the table. When I asked the waitress about mobile order around 8pm she notified me it was done and she told someone else they can bring it out when they are ready. Food was delivered about 8:15pm and was cold. The food we ordered in the restaurant came before the food I ordered online and we didn’t order right away she asked if we wanted to start with appetizers then walked away. Didn’t ask if we were ready or needed more time to look at the menu. She did not check on us if we needed refills til we were done with our food my 9 and 16 year old was also not liking the environment as they were looking for our waitress trying to figure out what was taking my food so long that my kids just wanted to hurry and get out normally we just relax a bit after eating a lot but not this time. Also the garlic mushrooms didn’t taste like garlic mushrooms just tasted like they sautee the mushrooms with oil there was no other flavors beside mushroom. Also the chips and dip from our app wasn’t the greatest the chips were a bit oily and salsa was a bit watery. Definitely won’t be going for a while. It is a hit or miss because the last time we went the waitress was nice she brought out our mobile order and the food was nice and hot.

Honestly, this was not my best Chili's experience on the island. The dining area was way too cold and the seat in my booth was broken. I ordered a Kona light and was given an IPA (which tastes nothing like a light beer) and when I told the waitress, she took it back and came back with the same beer, which was $8.99 mind you. Additionally, I got chicken crispers which were undercooked (see picture) and my big mouth bites were lukewarm and chewy. I think I will be sticking with the Mililani Chili's in the future.

This place is extremely busy. I placed our order for pickup to avoid waiting in line. I still had to wait past my pickup time. After picking up the order. I got home to all of our meals (4) with old cold fries that you can feel texture wise has been sitting out far too long. They also barely served any with our meals. I mean less than a handful amount. You can tell they just tossed in the box. The smash burger was good but the fries ruined it for me. At this price I could've purchased enough to make multipke meals for us with better burgers and fries than what I got. However, it was my son's birthday and I figured why not treat ourselves and save mom cooking. 🫣 I don't usually write negative reviews but when I'm paying 70 plus for 4 meals and half the order includes fries that no one will eat. Its a little Fustrating.
