Tried their move-out cleaning checklist on a second visit after a friend’s recommendation, and honestly the bathrooms and kitchen came out really well. Floors were spotless too. Small issue though—they rushed the window sills and left some dust behind, which stood out after everything else looked so clean. Pricing felt fair for the amount of work done, and there was decent parking nearby so access was easy. Not flawless, but pretty solid 👍

Crystal was so caring and made my apartment sparkle!! As someone with ADHD it feels so good finally having a nice clean space. Definitely recommend!

This is how my vacation property looked when I was coming to check on it. Funny thing is that each time they knew that I will be there and they left it that way anyway. None of the owners have EVER bother to come and check on the quality of the job, in fact none of them ever BEEN to my condo and I have NEVER gotten any photos of the finished product as I was promised I would. But on the other hand I was notified multiple times within a 24 hours after a cleaning that my payment is due. I payed $160 each clean for a 1300 sq/ft condo, one lady was there for less than 2 hours and she left my showers and baths growing mold and flors in the whole place filthy. I think they did Windex on the surfaces and they did not bother to actually clean. The bodily fluids and blood stains on my sheets finally did it for me and I found someone else. I send pictures to Earl with all the stains on my sheets and towels and I got no comment on this at all. I would NOT RECOMMEND that company to ANYONE.

Called Marc & Earl for a quote and asked how soon they could get a crew here to clean. They were able to get a crew here the very next day! Marc explained every detail to me and was very helpful in getting our house clean as soon as possible. Not only did the crew do a great job, the communication from Kenzi was amazing. She showed up, asked what concerns we had, walked the entire house with me to explain how she was going to clean. She was so open and explained everything very clearly, which I appreciated so much. I have recommended this company and will continue to recommend them and use them as needed. Thank you M&E Cleaning Services!!!!

I am selling my house and needed a move-out cleaning so that the house would look pristine for the listing pictures. I contacted M & E Cleaning Services about 2 weeks prior to the date that I needed the cleaning performed. I needed the cleaning performed on Easter Sunday, and they were still able to accommodate my request! Earl called me before sending the cleaner, Karen, to my home. Karen arrived about 30 minutes later. From the time Karen arrived until she finished cleaning almost 5 hours later, she was professional and courteous. I've owned my home for 8 years and have never had it professionally cleaned. Karen was able to get hair dye stains out of the tubs and had the windows so clean, you couldn't even tell there was a window there. She also cleaned those hard-to-reach plant shelves that I had been neglecting for years, and the house smelled so nice and clean when she finished. I highly recommend M & E Cleaning Services and Karen for your cleaning needs.
