I recently had an amazing experience with Comfort Kings Heating & Cooling that truly stood out for their empathy and wallet-friendly service. After another company told me I needed to replace the TXV on my nearly new, three-year-old Carrier system, I sought a second opinion through Thumbtack. I am so glad I found Comfort Kings. After reading reviews, I reached out and was impressed by my initial interaction with the owner, Brian. They were incredibly fast to respond, which was a huge relief since we were suffering through 100-degree temperatures without AC. They promised to perform their own due diligence before committing to any major repairs, and they even offered me their best possible price. Andrew, the other owner, arrived within just a few hours and immediately began a thorough diagnosis. To my surprise, he confirmed that the TXV was fine and there was no leak at all. Instead, he identified that the issue was simply gunk in the drain line, which was the actual cause of our AC failure along with less freon. Their honesty and integrity saved me from an unnecessary and expensive repair. I highly recommend Comfort Kings to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, polite, and truly honest HVAC team.

Update to my review! Ernie came out to service our system and he is like the nicest person we’ve ever met! He is just a complete joy! Thank you cleaning our system! I was contacted by 15 companies through Angie’s List and Home Advisor. Comfort Kings Heating and Cooling gave me the best price in town on the best unit for my budget. They didn’t once try to “upsell me” and understood my price range. Andrew, one of the owners, was very personable and you can just feel he’s a good, honest guy that takes pride in his company. The men that came out to install were very nice and cleaned everything after as well. I will be staying with them and recommending this company to anyone in need of AC services! Thank you!

I can’t even begin to express my gratitude and loyalty now to this company!! Long story short, We just bought a house, new build, my husband works out of town and the New unit stops working after 3 weeks. I get on Angie’s list, several options but God said use Brian. I’m thinking who is Brian, then get a text from Brian. The guys come out and quick no delay, Terrance and Alex were amazing! I will forever be a customer and highly and strongly recommend this company! Honest, helpful trustworthy, I COULD GO ON AND ON!! After a few service lackadaisical maintenance service checks, each followed by deteriorating function. I decided to schedule a third party assessment of the condition of my mini split system. I’ve had my share of dealing with corporate run companies in this area, - all with nice technicians whose condition assessments are being strongly influenced by an aggressive for additional sales. I believe I have found a company, that doesn’t let the sales goal influence the quality of customer service and advice. This is my first impression and it was an excellent one!! I look forward to more quality service and advice in the future.

The technicians were awesome, it was a long job but they did a great job and the whole process was seamless. Office staff also extremely courteous and responsive. Great company to work with and highly recommend
