Excellent experience with CoolRx! Technician Billy was fantastic. He was honest, extremely thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Unlike other companies, he checked the attic, the indoor unit, and the outdoor unit to thoroughly inspect for leaks. He carefully went over all of our options without any pressure and answered all of my questions. Billy was professional, patient, and very kind. It’s refreshing to find an honest company that truly takes the time to do things right. I highly recommend CoolRx and especially Billy for any AC needs!
Billy was prompt and very professional spent time to explain what was going on with my air conditioner and what was needed to repair my issues with my AC. They have always been fast fair and polite. Nothing but respect From my phone call to make an appointment.l to when service person left my house. The office staff Christal is very Pleasent to talk with. And accommodated my schedule. For the service call, reminder to when ac guy was going to arrive.. I have and will always recommend Cool Rx . Kevin came out an identified existing issues right away limiting the efficiency of our unit(s). Spent 45 minutes helping us setup the smart features that were never set up. Also added a mini split unit in our garage. CLEAN installation, prompt service, excellent communication, knowledgeable employees and very happy with pricing. Highly recommend this company and Kevin! Will be using CoolRX both professionally and personally from here on out.

I've had several companies come by and they're in & out in 15 minutes with no preventative advice or suggestions to keep your a/c unit running tip top. Read their reviews and you'll see all the positive comments customers have. I feel like this is the first company we used since moving to Florida 16 yrs ago who know what the heck they're doing.
