Brittney Clow is literally the best therapist anywhere. She's helped me so much. She's highly trained and educated in many different modalities of therapy, and she is in the business for the right reasons: to help people, not to get rich. It's a well run office too. You'll be glad you did if you get yourself an appointment here. Even if you're not doing that bad, I can guaratee you, you will learn about yourself and how to make your life more manageable and enjoyable after talking with Brittney. ❤️

EDIT: I was contacted directly and had fixed all issues listed below in a very timely and professional manner. I was also given additional resources to help me on my mental health journey as well, so I fixed the review to reflect. Thank you so much for helping me out. ----------- Scheduling was a bit of a hassle because I work second shift and I'm not available during their weekday hours. It was a lot of back and forth to get a Saturday appointment. The counselor I was paired with completely disregarded my clinically diagnosed ADHD/autism and wanted to focus on things completely unrelated to the issues I was having. This also isn't the Scheduling Department's fault, but they're unaware of the charges their counselors have. I was told by the Scheduling Department I needed to pay $40 up front for a $95 session with the chosen counselor, which I paid. The counselor I saw told me that was incorrect and that the $40 was to hold my appointment, then proceeded to charge me $65 which I had to fight because the initial price was too expensive, so she changed it based off my income. I was never made aware of the actual charges so I'm not even sure what her services really cost. I recently received a bill for a session I never went to, which was cancelled a week ahead of time, in which her services were marked as $130 per session. No one can get me to the correct person to correct this issue, because I'm not paying for something that never happened. I'm not sure who's in charge, but they need to check in with their counselors to go over payment policies because the back and forth is ridiculous.

Brittany Clow utilized Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) to help our family overcome a difficult experience. And we didn’t have to wait 3 months to get in. The offices are beautiful and I felt safety and dignity there.

The hours they are open are very convenient if you have a full time job. The practice is also located in a great area. I highly recommend Counseling Services of Greenville.
