Communication with D.H Property Services was excellent with a quick and informative response that give me confidence in his services. A price was estimated after I sent over some photos of my bathroom and D.H stuck with the original price even though it required I little more work than first thought. D.H takes pride in his craft, polite and well mannered, respectful and efficient. Forgetting about the amount I paid for the deposit I handed D.H the full price after work was complete. D.H demonstrated integrity by correcting me that I over paid. Would recommend D.H Property Services and will use again when or if I require more plaster work.

Dan did a great job at my mother’s bungalow. He was very punctual, neat and tidy with his work. He worked late at night to make sure that the job was completed. He is a very good worker who has a multitude of skills, not just electrics. Highly recommend

We recently used D.H Property Services to re-render our property in Newcastle. The property was stripped of the existing render and then re-rendered using a KRend Monocouche system. I highly recommend Dan, he is highly skilled and very precise with his work. He kept his work area tidy at all times, his eye for detail was fantastic and was very polite throughout. Would definitely reccomend to anyone.

Really pleased our friend recommended DH Property Services as electrician - since making first contact to carrying out the jobs and follow-ups, Dan has been brilliant. Very prompt with his arrival, precise with tasks and transparent with the quote/ charged price. Will definitely call him again for future electrical jobs!
