Got our order wrong and tried to fix it at window. And the guy rolled his eyes and took a deep breathe and said really?!! It wasn’t that hard. We wanted an ice cream cone not a cup. He was super rude. I can’t believe the service. We said just refund us it doesn’t matter anymore. And he refused to.

Food was good. Service was also good. Dairy Queen just needs to revamp the look of their locations as well as bring in some new, more appealing menu items. I understand they try to stick with the 'old-school, nostalgic' feeling but its 2026. Millennial are don't give a shit about any of that. We like new and exclusive. !! THIS IS NOT A NEGATIVE REVIEW !! Just a positive suggestion.

Staff were nice. Food was pretty good. HOWEVER, the place was disgusting. Particularly the booths. See pics. Mold spores float in the air. That will make people sick! And it takes a while for that to grow. Clearly it has not been cleaned in a long time. There were also spills and smudges all over the entire inside. I would have left if we had not already ordered our food. Will not be returning.

So me and my wife went to visit this establishment and not only were the employees not very enthusiastic about what they were doing, but our blizzard was blended so poorly that the ice cream was literally coming over the cup and then they did not know where the lids were also they skipped us on the actual topping in the ice cream and to top all of that off my wife found a hair in her ice cream. This is unacceptable and needs to be addressed by a corporate

I went through the drive thru so I don't have much to say about the atmosphere. The staff I had contact with were most pleasant. The food was great😊
