Aspen Dental got me in next day. The staff were all very kind and helpful. Alvard was working at the front desk and helped me get checked in. She was patiently answered my questions. Ivin took my X-rays and pictures, he was fast but thorough and gentle too. I could tell Sho, my hygienist, really cared about my dental hygiene practices and encouraged better brushing and flossing practices. She was very gentle while she checked my teeth. Dr. Betzios has such a sunny, sweet disposition. She checked my teeth and let me know what tooth pastes to use and how to better care for my teeth. She also came up with a plan of care to help with my teeth enamel, gums, as well as my teeth grinding. The manager, Ayana, helped me price out my dental savings plan with other options and helped me get signed up too!!

The staff is so nice & understanding. I felt really welcomed & no judgement, Felipe & Jessica were so supportive thru the process & I was able to get the help I need to get my teeth back to health condition. The doctor was very informative & guided me thru the process she was very nice. Overall wonderful experience specially since I’m terrified to go to the dentist

This was a wonderful experience . Each step from X-rays to procedures were explained carefully. The technicians and Doctors were very caring and friendly,, they explained each step as they performed it. I had X-rays , deep gum cleaning and measuring for a denture ! Ayana in the financial office was very nice and helpful to meet my needs financially.! If your in need of some Dental work I highly recommend them! Thanks to all of you who made me feel comfortable in this process I look forward to the next procedures!

I went to Aspen Dental in Bonita Springs because I was having some soreness in a certain section of my gums and knew that I had previously had gingivitis. I am currently 5 months pregnant and having pregnancy gingivitis is common. They did xrays, did an evaluation and eventually the dentist came in. They said I needed so much medicine placed in my gums (mind you I had this treated 6 months ago by a previous dentist with medication) They claimed I clenched my teeth and grinded them at night, which is a lie... they said I needed a retainer, which I told them I wear one every single night since having my teeth straightened. They also claimed I was forming cavities in several of my teeth. I was then removed from the exam room, placed into a separate room, until the office manager came and got me to discuss payment. I was quoted $3,200 for this cleaning, medicine, and a not needed mouth guard. I was told that the medicine and mouth guard were not covered by my insurance. I then asked for a breakdown of the pricing and she REFUSED to share this information with me. She only broke down what it would cost for my top teeth and bottom teeth... but not the break down for the cleaning vs the medicine. I stated that I was not prepared to make this kind of payment today and I needed to discuss this with my partner. She then proceeded to try to force me into filling out my private information into her Ipad to apply for a loan, which I refused multiple times. They would not even preform the cleaning without everything else, which is not right. I declined everything, at this point I was very uncomfortable and wanted to leave. She then tried to guilt trip me saying for the health of my baby. I was 2 seconds away from screaming at this woman. Do not tell a pregnant woman that she is harming her child because she REFUSED to pay this absurd amount. I went home, I called my previous dentist (I didn't see them originally because I wanted to be seen ASAP for the pain I was having). They got me in 2 days later, gave me a gingivitis cleaning, NO cavities, NO medicine needed, NO mouthguard needed. and the cost ... $62 after insurance. Aspen Dental is an absolute scam, trying to sell you things for the sole purpose of profit. If I could give them a zero star I would after wasting 2 hours of my time in that place.

The staff at the Bonita office were very kind, compassionate and helpful, from the sweet receptionist, to the office manager, to the tech, and finally the dentist. I wish I could have said the same for the Pine Ridge/Airport location, who were rude and unhelpful on the phone. But, Bonita saved the day. They got me in quickly, took note of my concerns and issues, and gave me advice on what I need to tell my other out of town Aspen office on additional work I need done. I would recommend this particular office to others.
