Suncoast dental is the best place. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I love my dentist. He is very kind and always explains any problems I have.❤️
The receptionist never checked me in. I had to wait a half an hour. I went up to her and asked her if my appointment was for 3 o’clock and she said yes that I never checked in. I said I absolutely did check in. She goes. Oh I must’ve forgot to check you in. The receptionist was talking inappropriately. Her computer monitor blocks her from looking at the waiting room. She never got up from her chair to look around. She was talking about patients by thier name that were coming in the next day. I have come to the office several times. And the receptionist is always very unprofessional when we go to sit down In the waiting room. I’m not saying this because she didn’t check me in. I keep thinking she’s going to be better next time. This is the first time I’ve gotten a survey. I’ve been a nurse 30 years and I would never have somebody like that at the desk. It does not look good for your company. The dental hygienist was fabulous! I’m looking forward to seeing her again.
So far, this is one of the best dental office I ever been in Naples, Florida I called them because I had a Medical emergency. I was able to be seen get treated all in the same day. Everybody was wonderful.

Anybody with a family member living in a senior facility, they offer mobile dentistry. The staff and doctor are exceptional and very compassionate towards your loved ones. 5 star service..thank you ✨️
