Mixed opinions...4 stars is generous. I've been here twice, mainly because there are few dry cleaners on the island. A bit pricey: $6.50 for standard pressed dress shirt. $19 to dry clean a one-piece jumpsuit. $35 to shorten sleeves on a jacket (which had to sent back because the didn't press the sleeves). "Express" means 3-day turnaround for dry-cleaning. Good quality work at twice the price I expect. Most clientele are military and their families since the Moanalua Shopping Center is near military housing; maybe their prices are better?
Disappointed with the results of my clothing. When I picked up my things, they were covered in what looked like pet hair. They didn’t look or smell dry cleaned and I honestly could have done a better job at home. Unfortunately, I had to take my things with me because I was getting on a flight 3 hours after I picked them up 😒
I shouldve listened to the reviews but I was recommended to go here from a sweet worker at Stripes. I called to confirm next day pick up and the TOTAL price for my dress blues. When I arrived later that day the price shot up almost $10 more than promised. When I asked how it got hiked up, she couldn’t give definitive answers and making all kinds of excuses. Yeah… might be a first and last for me… ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
My Husband and I went three different places trying to get his Whites cleaned and patches stitched on, so this place was our last hope before going home without a backup plan. We missed the next day drop off but the woman offered to have her manager drop off his cloths that evening to be picked up the next day. We gladly accepted and it took a huge load off our shoulders. They also offer a military discount. TALK ABOUT GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS
I used to be a loyal customer until I asked my fiancé to drop off some clothes for me and they overcharged him for a dress they classified as a “gown”. The amount they charged him was more than what I bought the “dress” for! No longer going back! If you don’t like money, then go here. I work too hard for mine and I don’t appreciate being overcharged.
