I had Eastergard install a Mitsubishi mini-split in my renovated garage. Their sales guy Alex came out, took photos of the install locations, checked the attic, and made sure the crew would have everything they needed before they showed up. No surprises, no wasted time. And the quote was way more reasonably priced (and for a better brand unit) than a competitor. Chad and David handled the install in about 3-4 hours. They were kind, asked the right questions, explained everything, and cleaned up after themselves. The outside unit placement and cables are so clean and organized it satisfies my overly anal mind. What I appreciate most is that Eastergard has figured out how to be an old school local/family business, while also having modern communication system. You can text or email and actually get a fast response. That gave me enough confidence to move my bi-annual heat pump servicing over to them too. Jason came out, did a thorough job on both units, sent the reports to my email, and didn't try to upsell me on anything. My units checked out clean and that was that. Alex even followed up after everything was done to make sure I was happy. A small thing, but awesome. Oh, and 0% financing for 18 months on the mini split. Not bad at all!

Jacob did an outstanding job installing my split unit. I couldn’t be happier with the results. His team was incredibly knowledgeable and efficient throughout the entire process, completing the installation with precision and professionalism. Working with Alex was such a pleasure. He’s a true professional. The installers, David & Chad, did an amazing job. They were complete gentlemen. We knew this mini split system was going to be a challenge but they handled it with no issues! Everything was clean & in order by the time they left.
