I am very pleased with Easy Air and their staff! Jennifer was very courteous and friendly in setting up an appointment to look at the problem I was experiencing with my air conditioning. I called that morning and Kyle and his partner arrived later that afternoon-even though they were running behind schedule they still made it that same day! Kyle was very knowledgeable and thoroughly explained everything and what my options were. Once I decided on an option they swiftly fixed the problem and got my unit repaired. I really appreciate their honesty, professionalism and dedication to doing everything the right way! I also appreciate the same day service! I will definitely be a returning customer!

Mark did an amazing job. He really took his time to figure out what what wrong with our a/c. Although it was a simple fix, he took the effort to make sure that he was 100% sure he knew what the problem was so we wouldn't need to spend extra money on something that wasn't needed. I would recommend Mark to anyone who needs their A/C looked at.
