After accessing O'Brien's service for many years, I am continued to be impressed with their service. This time it was for a blocked sewer - contacted after hours and they provide prompt, honest information about the issue, and suspected diagnosis. Organised during business hours to attended and resolve the blockage. They reorganised their schedules to create space to attend. Great communication, efficient service that resolved the issue quickly. I highly recommend their plumbing service, along with their electrical services.
When our dishwasher failed at 10.30 pm one night O'Briens plumbing were very helpful in advising us what to do. Next morning we made a call to make an appointment for service. Kane called and advised that a new dishwasher was required and if we purchased one he could install it.So off to Harvey Norman (across the road),we went and bought one. It was arranged for Kane to pick it up from HN and install it for us. So that's exactly what happened and we are most grateful for O"Briens for their prompt service; we can thoroughly recommend O'Briens if you may have a plumbing problem.
The Team at Obreins wired my shed up and did all the plumbing absolutely over the moon with the quality of work and professionalism all tradies would call and let me know before they showed up and even made suggestions on better ways to do things would highly recommend these guys above the rest.
We had O’brians out to set up a new hot water tank, disconnect and remove the old gas/solar hot water unit and take all the rubbish away for us. The three blokes who came out were absolutely fantastic, their plumber Sam and his work colleague Alex as well as the electrician … sorry mate, forgot your name but you were wonderful to deal with and all three did a brilliant job ,clean ,tidy ,fast ,polite ,helpful and respectful. Genuinely enjoyable to communicate with as well !! I was so impressed with all of them and their quality of work that I’ve asked for a quote and lined them up for another job. Don’t waste your time with the local ‘handyman’ businesses that have no reputation to stand by. Stick with the names we all know and trust like O’brians.
Amazing staff so helpful. Was lucky there was a cancellation and was able to come within 30 minutes and replaced hot water service. Friendly staff, great job!
