Extremely happy. Went to the 399 N Pleasantburg Dr, Greenville, SC location. As soon as my insurance company approved my rental with Enterprise (still on the phone with them), Will with Enterprise called me to confirm an appointment for me to pick-up a car the next day. I arrived at my appointment. Will was there and helped me again. Very knowledgeable, professional and kind. Answered all my questions. Good vehicle choice. I returned car yesterday 4/22/26 and was helped right away by Jackson. Again, great service in every way. The whole experience from start to finish was perfect with my first time using Enterprise Rent-A-Car. After a stressful week dealing with my car breaking down, this was a bright spot. Thank you so much.

I’ve used this location multiple times and they’re always great. I was in a rental for about a month due to car repairs on my Mercedes, and Jackson (the new manager) made everything easy & extended me at a fair rate and was super down to earth. Ended up returning early and the process was quick and painless. Nobody wants to be in a rental, but they made it a smooth experience. I’ll definitely be back.

Was set up through GEICO to receive a rental car through them. The request was put in October 31 for a vehicle to be reserved for me. Went November 3rd because the insurance company told me to wait til after the wknd to go, and was told they had no vehicles available and wouldn’t for days. And everytime I’ve called back to see if my vehicle was available they’ve told me it’d be a few days to a weeks wait because they are overbooked. I’ve been carless with 4 kids for a little over 2 weeks. How can you accept a reservation for someone if you have no vehicles available to give them?

This place over charged my Father Charles Alexander Credit Card and will not refund it back. They stole over $2,000.00 dollars from my pops. A young guy named Jackson is the Manager there and I believe they are stealing people money from Credit Cards. Also my Dad didn't get his deposits back from Enterprise when he returned the vehicle. Warning: DO NOT give them your CREDIT Card at this Location. Corporate Office needs to investigate. My Dad been a customer of Enterprise for almost 30 years and this never happened to him until now.
