I absolutely love coming here! Emily does my nails and Daniella does my pedicures, and they are both amazing. They’re always so accommodating and make every visit feel easy and relaxing. What I appreciate most is how welcoming they are, especially when I have my kids with me. Emily is so kind and patient with them, and that means everything to me. The service is consistently top tier, and the atmosphere is always warm and friendly. I truly enjoy every visit. They definitely have a forever customer in me 💕✨

I was extremely satisfied with the service. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed with great care and attention. The environment is pleasant, well organized, and has a very comforting atmosphere. The professionals are excellent, delivering impeccable work and showing great attention to detail. One thing that made a big difference for me was being able to bring my baby, even when he was just 20 days old, and still always being very well received. It really shows how welcoming and considerate this place is to everyone. Every time I come back, I am very well taken care of and leave very happy with the results. I highly recommend their work!

I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. During my appointment, the nail technician said she could not do the nail shape I requested because of my nail bed, which was not explained before the service started. While working on my nails, the spray she was using stopped working as soon as she began using it on me. She stated that the bottle had been working before and implied that the issue occurred only when she started using it on my nails. Instead of resolving the issue, she stopped working on my nails altogether. Because it was late, I asked to speak with the manager to see if I could come back the next day for someone else to fix my nails. The manager said I could only return to fix the design, and that anything else would require an additional charge. I then asked the manager if, in my position being unhappy with a service I was paying for, she would still pay. She said yes and stated that they are not there to make customers happy. I found that response dismissive and unprofessional. Overall, there was poor communication, lack of accountability, and no reasonable effort to resolve the issue. I would not return and would advise others to be very clear before starting services.

By far the BEST salon in Fort Myers!! Emily is absolutely amazing, and her staff are all so friendly & really good at what they do!! Every time I come in they have some new, fun colors!! Definitely check them out!!
