I have been using Epic for several years and am very satisfied with their service. The two techs, Rob and Austin are the best. I recently had a warranty replacement of the condenser fan motor. I called Epic and within minutes Rob returned my call and said a tech would be there shortly. Within an hour Austin showed up, diagnosed the problem, and said he would replace the warrantied part the next day. He came back the next day and replaced the part in an hour. Epic took care of the warranty so no hassle on my part. Communication was and is always great with Epic. I would highly recommend Epic for any Air Conditioning needs.
Austin was at my home to do the first 6 month maintenance check as per my contract. I first want to mention that Austin was very pleasant and knowledgeable. His son Austin was with him and he too was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Austin to do work on my ac at any time. He explained everything for me to have a complete understanding which I appreciate. I usually have Rob working on my ac but he was not available so Austin came. Both Rob and Austin are an asset to this company. Epic Air Conditioning is very reliable and do a wonderful job. Thank you to them all. Charlotte Grossarth
Epic installed a new A/C System for us in 2020. They have serviced the unit twice a year. The service techs are on time, friendly and informative. The A/C stopped working one time. We called and they came out to repair it within an hour.. I highly recommend Epic.

Art and his crew are always on time and thorough with the work they do. They also give you pointers on how to make your A/C system last longer. Honesty at a fair price is a winning combination. Give them a call!
