Luke was great . We came in and he was first to great us at the door and he introduced himself to my whole family even my little girl . This is very important because as a salesperson you must make everyone feel at ease. I worked in ford dealerships for almost 20 years and I have done it all from salesman to sales manager and you can tell he is well trained . Me and my husband just purchased a Ford Bronco Sport Heritage, we couldn’t be any happier. We absolutely love this car and couldn’t have bought it with out the help from Rick, he did a fantastic job helping us and answering all the questions, he had amazing customer service, I recommend him to anyone who needs help with buying a car. Also the financial agent Mike was very helpful and very nice. I would say overall Ford salesmen are very kind and helpful. What to say about the amazing Rick! This has been the best experience ever. I came in just to do a test drive, but I left with the car. Mr. Rick was so kind and patient. I told Mr. Rick that I had to make a phone call before I made my decision. Mr. Rick walked out and said take your time. There was no pressure! Mr. Rick noticed something wrong on the Bronco before I need. He went and got the the manager and they got me right! Mr. Rick is all around a great guy. Yall please ask for Mr. Rick!
