Fence outlet of North Port, FL installed our fence last week at the Charlotte Estates. Although there were a few minor hiccups on scheduling salesman visit to provide a quote and parts availability, our salesman, Josh Richter from Tampa, came the same day the original salesman missed the site visit appointment and immediately provided a reasonable quote. He ensured that installation was scheduled within the time frame requested despite inaccurate parts availability. Installation crew arrived about 8am on the scheduled date. Claudio and his installation team were fast, and professional; communicating developments and providing experienced options as work progressed. About 180ft of vinyl and almost 200ft of aluminum fences were installed in one day at our property. They cleaned up the worksite and verified our satisfaction before leaving just before sundown. We are very happy with the result and everybody, including the neighbors, praise the outcome of this project. We commend Josh, Claudio and Fence Outlet for a job well done. Thank you. I called the store about a month ago and spoke with Juan. He guided me through the process as I've never bought a fence before. He was outstanding! Made several suggestions that ended up making sense after my sons and I finished it. Roughly 270ft of fence plus gates hardware etc. He greatly explained the differences in warranty for the different materials offered. I ended up getting a 6ft tall wooden stockade as I am going to paint it. A lot more work than I imagined and now very much understand why most people would also have the installation done. I now tip my hat to anyone building a fence! Thank you again Juan and look forward to doing future business with you guys!

As a 30-year veteran in quality assurance I'm not easy to impress but the people at Fence Outlet were awesome! They verified the location of my property pins before providing an estimate & they showed up on time and were done from start to finish in 4 hours.

Cant say enough good about this company. From the gentlemen who came out to do the estimate. The appointment was scheduled for 2 hours, he stayed for 2 hours. Took measurements and came up with a plan for our unique situation. The permitting process was a breeze. Well before I anticipated, i got a call asking if they could come the next morning to install my fence. The crew doing the install was professional, polite, and when an issue came up during the install process, they called me immediatly and we were able to change course. Finally, after the install the store manager was quick to answer my questions and sent someone out the same day to make final adjustments. Very satisfied and would recommend

Fence outlet installation was excellent!. Product looks great, installers were amazing. They went above & beyond to ensure I was completely satisfied with my fence. Fence was installed as promised & in a timely fashion. I would definitely recommend.
