I am 100% satisfied with 3rd Coast Developers. Johnny and his team did a great job installing, 2- 14' gates and over 130 ft. of fencing in one day!
Had an awesome installation of a gate from Johnny! Pleasant to talk to and very very knowledgeable. Installed in one day from precut gate! Love it! The crew was very respectful and explained all the remotes very well. Would recommend this company very much.
We debated putting a fence in for about 2 months. We reached out to two different companies, but they never got around to giving us an estimate (one wanted a charge just to come out and give an estimate!). This place was so easy to deal with and we are super pleased with our new fence. We have a small yard, but wanted it fenced in since it's in Montrose with a lot of pedestrian traffic. We still have work to do on the landscaping, but the fence is exactly what we wanted and was reasonably priced. They came out and did it all in one day. The posts are cemented in and not hanging off of our house. It's solid work.

I cant say enough about them. By far the best customer service you can get. I had a ton of work that needed to be done and they completed everything plus more. They went above and beyond of what i ever could expect. The best craftsmanship, quality and price around. You will not be disappointed. John and his crew are awesome and i reccomend them to everyone.
