Had some issues, but Nick followed up. Although we were not able to fix them, it looks like they are willing to improve in the future.
I have done business with this company on 3 different occasions and all 3 were very good experiences. They produce a great product and the staff goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy. Mayra has been the person that takes care of my order. She is so friendly and never seems to be bothered no matter how many questions I have or how small my order happens to be. She makes me feel welcomed when I enter the building and goes out to the yard to make sure my order is fulfilled completely. I will use this company again for any of my fencing needs.

My first time doing business with HFS and it was a big job. Over 600 ft of custom wrought iron fence panels and 3 custom gates. They delivered on all levels. I highly recommend them as a wrought iron supplier and fabricator. They are a very professional and organized company. Their pricing is very competitive and the workmanship is BEAUTIFUL.....TOP NOTCH QUALITY! I am 100% satisfied with their product and received excellent customer service from their entire staff ...from their sales rep, welders, and delivery guys. Great workmanship, great price and great customer service. I get compliments on the fence and gates all the time. Thank you HSF.
