DO NOT GO HERE!! They use NON-GENUINE parts that will RUIN your phone. I went for a simple cracked screen repair and they told me it would be $160. I said okay and came back when the phone was “fixed”. I then went to pay and the total was $174, NOT the $160 he told me originally. After leaving the store, I had a message pop up on my phone saying that a non-genuine part was installed and to contact Apple for help. After seeing the message on my phone, I looked up the reviews for this place and EVERYONE has had similar issues or WORSE. I then had to go to the Apple store and spend $295 dollars to fix it. After talking to the Apple store employees, they said this happens almost everyday to people who come to THIS store. So now I am out $500 dollars. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! DO NOT GO HERE!
I brought my phone in to get my camra fixed but he used his knife and cracked my screen. I asked about it but he said that to fix that it would cost 100 more dollars. I would not recommend the service was so terrible and he was just downright rude. All he cares about is money not the customers phone. I have half the mind to sue.
terrible service, sold us a locked apple watch for $200 & wouldn’t refund us nor fix it. only thing he offered was getting someone to unlock it but wanted to charge us more money even though THEY were the ones who sold it to us like that ! would NOT recommend!
3-9-26 Everything I've gone here, the people here are willing to help, have a good attitude, and work quickly. I work 10am to 7pm and am very glad this location is open until 8pm. The gentleman working today was very helpful. Thanks, FixPhone.
