I recently had the best time at a workshop with Proteas Direct! Sue was fantastic, guiding us through a step-by-step visual demo while still giving us the freedom to let our own creativity shine. We were treated to a delicious afternoon tea, and Steve kept us entertained with great stories and helpful gardening tips. Beyond the workshops, their shop is full of gorgeous, affordable arrangements that truly last. Everything is grown locally, and they even have a nursery on-site! I highly recommend dropping by—it’s the perfect place to find something special for the people in your life who deserve it.

The workshops at proteas direct are a wonderful way to spend an afternoon learning the art of floral arrangements. Sue and Steve are very knowledgeable and passionate, in both the arrangements as well as the plants themselves. I have purchased over a dozen plants from them and every single one of them has been in great condition. If you want great advice and quality plants, this is the place to go. If you are looking for an arrangement as a gift, these will last a long time. I’ve had an arrangement at home for over a month and it still looks amazing.

Great variety here. I think, when it comes to gift giving, ya can’t beat a good arrangement of flowers, or anything to do with floristry in general. I had driven past Proteas Direct Florist a number of times but today I stopped, and popped in to get a gift. There is plenty on offer here and you are spoilt for choice. I settled on a floral arrangement which, in my opinion was a real classy affair. Thank you to the very busy, talented and friendly Stephen and Sue. Proteas Direct Florist is worth checking out.

My sister and I recently did a flower arranging class and it was really great 👍 cannot fault the way Steve and Sue held the class and kept us entertained and informative about the flowers and really helped us all throughout with our arrangements 💯👌 , I have already booked to go back , would definitely recommend 💯%

Attended one of Sue’s flower workshops! WOW! What an awesome experience such a fun activity to do. Sue and Stephen are so knowledgeable, helpful and generous, helping us create incredible flower arrangements. If you’re looking for stunning natives this is the place to go!
