Messaged a plummer when i moved in to my new house. It wasn't an emergency so we scheduled for 3 week from the time i called. I told them about my boiler issue, my leak under the sink and my Washing machine needed plumbed in. He came with another man, the man who came with refused to even say hello. I asked them to plum the washing machine in to the washing machine drain, he replied with you don't have one. He spoke about me in my own kitchen like i was an idiot to his buddy. I then showed him. He said its too late he already plumed in to the UBend. Ubend hand a leak that even though i showed him 3 week prior and was one of the 3 jobs but he never fixed it but i assume i paid for it. He said it was going to be £100 because he wanted to save me money. I didnt ask to be saved money, i asked for it to be fixed. I asked him about my boiler and he said he couldn't do and he would send someone else in a week. So i waited 3 weeks to have to wait another week. The boiler man he sent was lush, but he was a completely different company so should have got his number. Spoke with a few trades men in the local area and he isnt well rated amongst them. Was never going to post the review but he never fixed the leak and i found loads of damage to my kitchen when i moved the clean stuff to clean under the sink.

Liam did a fantastic job at removing then installing a new sink and tap. The job was more complex than originally planned due to existing pipework but he made some changes to it and it looks fantastic. Second time using Liam (previously installed dishwasher and an outdoor tap), consistently great service and very happy with the finish!

Liam is very professional, a clean and tidy job, a fitted toilet and sink with unit to a downstairs toilet. So pleased, fab job. Just a bit of boxing in to the pipes which Liam has given me a contact number for, so can’t wait to see the complete result. Many thanks Liam I wouldn’t hesitate to use your services in the future 😊

Anytime we message Liam he’s available and very trustworthy. We needed our yearly boiler service and Richard always comes to do the boiler service he’s brilliant knows what he’s doing and no hanging around gets the job done,so friendly. Great service from Liam and Ryan who are very professional and efficient. They installed two new boilers in my rental properties for a very competitive price. Although they encountered issues with falling pressures within the systems they corrected the problem without charging for their extra time. I highly recommend them and moving forward will use them again.
