When my father passed away, our family found ourselves relying on friends in a way none of us expected. Tim Hauck, Rachel Hauck, and the entire team at Fuller Metz Cremation and Funeral Services cared for our family with such kindness, compassion, and grace during an incredibly difficult time. They handled every detail with professionalism while never losing the personal touch that meant so much to us. Knowing my parents’ wishes and helping reunite my father with my mother brought a level of peace and comfort that words cannot fully express. I will always be grateful for the way Tim, Rachel, and their staff walked alongside our family through those days. Their work is more than a service—it is a gift to families navigating loss. Thank you for helping us honor my father and for caring for our family so well.

Compassionate, caring, and honest. My father passed away after a brief time in hospice care. He was a veteran, and the staff covered his remains with an American flag as they respectfully carried him from our home. It was an incredibly touching gesture that brought comfort during a very difficult time. They were also wonderful in helping my mother navigate the military burial arrangements. We are deeply grateful for their kindness, professionalism, and support. Thank you.

I can't thank Rachel and the staff at Fulller Metz enough for making the process of losing a loved one as trouble-free as it can be. Rachel had three people to satisfy, who each wanted something different, and she was efficient, personable, and professional. As I told her at the beginning, Rachel had all the experience, and I had very little (which made my part very easy). I listened more than I talked, I asked her questions as I was learning about the process. She left nothing unattended-to so my questions were few. Before I knew it, I was ready to make an informed choice among the many options that were available to me. It really helped that my spouse and I had gone through this process in advance, so we knew what both of us wanted, when the time came. I also invited our children into the process. My daughter and my son each had specific requests. Rachel suggested options for them, answered their questions, and made sure they had exactly what they wanted. Since this is something I had not done in many years, Rachel led the way, gently, step by step, and before I knew it, we were at the end. I know my spouse would be happy with the way the arrangements turned out. I know I cetainly am, and it was exactly what we envisioned when we were making our pre-need plans. Thank you Rachel and the staff at Fuller Metz!

When faced with the painful task of looking for a funeral home- after my mom was placed in hospice, I looked into a few options in the area. I almost went with a well known funeral home in the area for my mother’s memorial service. I wasn’t too sure which funeral home to go with. I spoke with a funeral director at this well-known funeral home, but just wanted to take a look at a few more that’s when I decided I wanted to look at a beautiful funeral home, That I had driven by so many times throughout the years. I called Fuller Metz And spoke with a very a friendly funeral director there that made me feel at ease ., I decided I wanted to make an appointment and tour the funeral home. A few days later, I arrived at Fuller Metz. Upon arrivalI I was impressed with how beautiful the funeral home was. A few minutes later, I was greeted by a very pleasant woman named Kathy Bowlby. Kathy was so patient and graceful with me as I had tons of questions I wanted to make sure that my mother received a beautiful memorial service. I chose Fuller Metz because I knew that they would do a great job with my mom’s funeral. The day my mother’s funeral arrived, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with how beautifully they set up everything for my mother’s service. I want to thank everyone at Fuller Metz for being So professional and kind during the most difficult time in my life, especially thank you to Funeral Director, Susan E. Sardinha and Caitlin for being exceptional .
