I highly recommend this funeral home to anyone in the community. During one of the most difficult times in my life, they provided prompt, warm, and compassionate care. On the day of the service, I brought programs and separate hymn sheets, and without me asking, they took the initiative to fold and insert them beautifully. I also brought items to serve hot chocolate and pastries, and they kindly set everything up without being asked. They were attentive throughout, welcoming guests and handing out programs with care. At the end, they included me in closing my mother’s casket, which was a very special and meaningful moment for me. They truly went above and beyond to make me and my guests feel supported and cared for. I am very grateful.
This Funeral home was a god sent during the loss of our mother. Tammy was very knowledgeable and helpful in informing us and then helping with the arrangements for our parents internment in Saratoga National Cemetery in Saratoga, NY. Great help and patience in dealing with myself and brother who had no Idea of how things needed to be done. During this time many friends and neighbors of my mother told us Shannon’s was the only way to go. We thank them and highly recommend them if you need a funeral home’s services.
