The service was quick, my tech explained everything well, and diagnosed the problem immediately. I have no complains on the level of service. I got two springs replaced on a standard residential garage door and the tech completed everything in an hour. Not knowing the garage door market and being naive, I agreed to pay $1100 total. After doing extensive research, this is 2-3x more than the average rate. I’d recommend for their promptness and customer service, but I would not recommend for their pricing
