Called for help and they sent someone within half an hour! Price is great and no hidden/add-on fees. David is the lead technician who did an amazing job repair my garage (derailed and chain not working). He is detailed but fast, made sure the door is balanced and move quietly and all the way. He also provided tips for maintenance.
I was having trouble with my 10 year old garage door. A representative came and looked at it & recommended I just put a new one in its place which I chose to do. I am so very pleased with this door as well as the service and representative that sold it to me. There was absolutely no pressure from the “rep” to do this. My door has been working seamlessly. The company were able to send their technicians on the same day. The technician right away figured out the issue and suggested options for replacement or repair. The installation took him an hour and he added new features as well. Service was great. Highly recommend to use them!
One of the springs snapped in half. Referred to these folks by my sister-in-law. They came out that same afternoon and after some discussion on products and services it was decided to go ahead and use new standard springs. David is a real pro and not only had both springs replaced with new, he also had changed out the door rollers with the new polyurethane rollers that made it quieter, but also changed out a bad upper corner bracket, and installed a new center bearing on the primary rod. (That was missing already) He made it look so easy, because he is a real pro and demands it of himself to make it right the first time. Highly recommend these folks for any repairs or installation you may plan. Reasonably priced and understanding budgets of customers. These are the professionals you want working on your garage doors.
