I wouldn't wish this experience on my enemies! They are extremely high and increase their rates simply because of the business model. We had spent half of a grand and still couldn't used our garage opener like normal. The agent was nice, but the nearly 8k for a new garage is horrendous.

I got the max life package which included and then rollers, springs and safety drums along with an outside camera and an inside camera on the garage, which tells you If you did or didn’t close your garage door without having to drive back. Varo Trujillo was on time did all the work himself everything was done right the first time. Very clean gave me expert advice. Thank you for sending the best installer you got.!!!!!!

Carlos arrived on time. Thoroughly examined our garage door & our then existing garage door opener. We appreciated the way he explained what repairs needed to done & presented different options. His replacement quote was competitive with others we received so we chose the replacement option. Carlos took his time installing the replacement & checked to make everything was operational. He made sure all of our questions & concerns were answered. It was pleasure doing business with him & the company he represents.

Carlos Suarez was excellent in his work. He was knowledgeable, prepared, and supported his recommendations with facts and demonstrations. He worked quickly, but did not cut corners and was very considerate with his cleanup. It's not as common as one might hope these days to Encounter a skilled and knowledgeable Installation or repair engineer. It was a relief and almost a luxury to have someone like Carlos do this work at my home today. Thank you.

I contacted Garage Door Doctor to perform tuneups and assessments of my garage doors. My large 2-car door opener was laboring and sometimes not responding on demand. Daniel did a thorough job of lubricating and evaluating the health of my door openers. He made some logical options for ensuring their safe, reliable operation. I opted to replace my 15 year old Genie opener on my large door with a new Liftmaster. I’m happy with my new system, and plan to make similar replacement of my small door’s opener at a future date.
