We received a text notification that Matt was on his way. The notification included a picture of Matt along with a brief bio. Very impressive! It was very good to receive a picture so we know the right person was showing up for the job. Matt introduced himself and reviewed our order before starting the job. We just hated that he had to work in the rain. But he said they are committed to completing the work, rain, sleet, sun or snow. He did a wonderful job with the Installation. He reviewed everything with us, assisted us with setting up the app on our phones and showed us how everything worked. We give five stars to Matt and five stars to Garage Doctor!

New garage door installed by Cory. Hard worker. Very professional. So far a Great Job.!! Thank you Cory and Jordan. You are appreciated Thanks to Jordan our door is working until new garage door comes in..Thank you. 5 stay today Garage door does not work, and he blames it on some damage door had, but he he did not fix it and then cause quitr a bit that needed to fix it and if he couldnt repair to shut it did he should have asked for help instead of causing more problen and not we have a mess that cannot work it at all. If it had a problem and could have finished he should have called or had someone to get help. Now we have garage door open, cannot even close it properly and given us more problems. it closed porfectly..before spring work, my husband paid , but i dont think he should have, I think he needs to fix door like it should be fixed, if prior damage was going to be a problem it should have been addressed before he us estimate to repair. After original estimate he another amount adding more. He said door is repaired and all he can do is get an estimate amount to cover more problems and this also should have been addressed.. door needs to be fixed to work properly and refund given back for additional charges. Garage door opened and closed properly until he worked on it except for spring.

All of the Garage Door Doctor team was great to work with! Our garage completely broke and we even had one of our cars stuck inside. Christian and Chris were very helpful when it came to the different plans and pricing points they offer. They understood we had a budget, weren’t pushy, and were genuinely helpful when it came to the solutions they could offer. Courtlen, our installer, was phenomenal. He was able to get my car out of the garage in what felt like 5 minutes, and was so quick to install our new door and system. Was really helpful with getting the app and making sure everything worked correctly and smoothly before he left. Really impressed by this group. Everyone was professional, helpful, and kind.

Nick was excellent! Arrived ready to work, inspected the door/springs/hinges, etc. installed a new LiftMaster opener. Love it! So smooth and quiet. Nick did a great job on the install. He was very professional and just a great guy to talk with. Nick had to return the next morning to install a new bottom door seal. He was there first thing in the morning and got the job done within 30 minutes. We are very happy with the entire job. We had two referrals for the Garage Door Doctor and are glad we chose them. Thank you very much!
