David R. Did great! Explained the whole process on why the garage door fell & what repairs he made. Showed me my options on what I needed and the pricing. I went with the more economical choice due to my budget. But over all his work was great.

5 stars for Eric! He did an amazing job fixing my garage and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. He was very polite, professional, and easy to work with. His prices were fair and reasonable for the quality of work he provided. I highly recommend Eric to anyone needing garage repairs.

Travis was excellent! Punctual, knowledgeable, service with a smile & a much-appreciated veterans discount to boot! He had the best/better/good product solutions & options down, with sound reasoning, displays & pricing to back him up. He assessed my 30-yr old garage doors & openers honestly & properly. Travis made sure I was completely satisfied with his service, cleaned up thoroughly afterwards, even brought me a Starbucks!! This was an emergency callout, so Travis addressed the immediate needs immediately, & followed up with recommendations for future upgrades & replacements for maximum safety & convenience, plus great payment options. I will specifically request Travis for my future garage door work & recommend him & Garage Door Doctor to neighbors & friends!

I recently used the Garage Door Doctor and I definitely went into the appointment with apprehension. I must admit setting up the appointment went flawlessly. However, there was a slight issue with the technician coming within my selected appointment window and also the correct technician (I still don't understand what happened with the original tech/Eric M). But I must admit that issue may have been a blessing in disguise for my benefit. If you ever want a patient technician Damian R. is your guy. If you ever want a thorough/detailed technician Eric S. is the technician for you. There was also a tech that was here working from Carrolton, TX (Avery) who was a huge help. This was a collective effort to resolve my issue. I greatly apprceate each of them for their patience with my hundreds of questions/scenarios with this garage door/opener. I pray that this ongoing issue has been finally resolved BUT if not I will definitely be back to modify this post...hahaha With all that being said, I highly recommend the Garage Door Doctor. I will definelity use them again and recommend them to others who are in need of garage services. Kudos to Damian, Eric and Avery

David was very kind and respectful. Mom and I both knew that he was am honest trustworthy guy within minutes of meeting him . I hope he is the guy that will come out anytime we need help with our garage. We will be referring him and ofcourse Garage Dr. to all our friends.
