⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an outstanding experience with Garage Door Doctor Repair installing our new garage doors. From the start, their team was extremely helpful in walking us through the different options and even provided renderings so we could see what the doors would look like before placing the order. Installation day went great. Kameron did an excellent job removing the old doors and installing the new doors, tracks, and motors. He was very professional, detail-oriented, and clearly took pride in doing the job right. There were a few unexpected issues with the door framing, but Kameron went above and beyond—contacting the office to bring additional supplies so everything could be properly sealed and finished correctly, even though it wasn’t really their issue to solve. The doors look fantastic and the quality of the installation is excellent. We’re extremely happy with the result and highly recommend Garage Door Doctor Repair.
Service was very good. The consultant was prompt, courteous and professional. The only negative was 3 screws were left on the floor of the garage. I will definitely use Garage Door Doctor again for my garage door repair needs.
Joey was great once he arrived. My appointment was 11am to 1pm. He arrived after 6 and stayed until almost midnight. The spring replaced was more than I expected it to cost ($1600). I did provide the information to the virtual intake person and an actual person telling them they needed to bring a tall ladder. Unfortunately, that message was not given to Joey so he arrived at 5:00pm initially and had to then go to the warehouse to get a ladder and come back in peak traffic. He did do a good job and the repair seems to be very good quality.
Brandon answered all my questions s and explained the service that he was performing every step of the way. I am 100% satisfied with both the installation and the professionalism exhibited by Brandon. One of the selling points of Garage Door Doctor is the quality of the product,installation and service. I would use them again for any future needs.
I want to commend Eric the technician for an outstanding job. He was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous throughout the service. He explained the issue clearly, completed the repair efficiently, and made sure everything was working properly before leaving.
