Jace did an exceptional job! He communicated when he was on his way, arrived in a timely manner based on his ETA given. Explained what he did, made recommendations for future needed repairs, cleaned up after himself. Had me test the Garage Door before he left to make sure it worked properly. Overall we were highly satisfied with Garage Door Doctors! Highly recommend!! Affordable, professional, quality work!

The technician, Brock, who came to repair our garage door, until the new one could be installed, was very professional, knowledgeable, and respectful. Courtney came today to install our new garage door. He gave us great service! He and his partner were thorough and did a professional job in a reasonable time. It seems that everyone who works for this company is service minded and treats their customers with the upmost respect. We highly recommend the Garage Door Doctor for their reputable service!

Trevor was very honest, trustworthy, and polite. He did the job carefully and answered all of my questions. Our garage door spring broke and needed to be replaced, and he explained everything clearly throughout the process. Although the final cost was a little higher than expected due to some unexpected issues, I feel the service was worth it and I am satisfied with the result. I really appreciate his excellent service and would definitely recommend him.

I have always considered myself a responsible homeowner and quite handy. However, when the garage door gave in, and the cable snapped and the spring broke, I made the decision to let the professionals take care of it. A quick search online and Garage Door Doctor was one of the top list of results. The nearly 5 stars and over 4.4K reviews caught my attention. I decided to give it a try. It was past 8pm when I called. A very friendly voice answered the phone. I explained my situation and the customer service representative was able to set an appointment for the very next morning. My time frame was between 8am and 1pm. That worked well for me. At 8am I received a text message confirming the appointment. At 10am the technicians showed up. Francesco and Darek were very friendly, with a genuine care of the situation I had with the garage door. They both analyzed the door, what broke, and what was needed to repair. I was given three repair options to choose from. Upon making the selection, both Francesco and Darek were on it. One hour later and the job was complete. Job well done and clean. Francesco provided a thorough explanation of what was done, and provided some recommendations. One of them was to replace the rollers, and the reasons why. I decided to follow his recommendation and replace the rollers. The red rollers are much more effective. Feels like the garage door is gliding through the rails. Overall, I am completely satisfied with the service provided by Garage Door Doctor. Francesco and Darek performed a great job. If you are in need to service your garage door, look no further. Garage Door Doctor is the place to call. They are honest, professional, caring, and efficient. Not to mention, they offer a much superior product, compared to what was originally installed at the house. They say a picture is worth 1000 words. See it for yourself and make an informed decision.
