Pioneer came out next day to work on our garage. Their prices were competitive. Technician was polite and professional. They replaced old metal rollers and installed a keypad. Now the garage is much quieter.
I was so stressed when our garage door stopped working and we stupidly broke the center stem off the wall after ‘trying’ to fix the door. It turns out the spring was broken. We called Pioneer and they came on same day for free assessment, and fixed the door on the spot, in less than and hour. They did make suggestions on upgrading, but were not forceful at all. It was more of a kind gesture. If we weren’t planning on moving soon, we would have just made the improvements he suggested because they did a phenomenal job. I would 100% recommend these guys.
Mike came quickly and repaired my garage door opener in less than 30 minutes he was very nice and professional he also adjusted my spring and greased the door for free I highly recommend this guy and this company thank you so much for everything
I am surprised on all the 5 star reviews and comments about affordability. I called Pioneer and they sent someone out. He charged me $175 for a 5 minute repair. It was one metal part. I didn't have time to find another company and I feel like they new that and took advantage of me. He then asked for me to pay by Zelle or cash. Absolute red flags. This is a scam company.
