I cannot say enough wonderful things about Andrea Smith and her assistant, Candy and the law firm of Goldstein, Buckley, Cechman, Rice, Purtz, Smith and Smith. During one of the most difficult times in my life, they handled an insurance policy claim with compassion, professionalism, patience, and genuine kindness. Andrea was knowledgeable, thorough, and always made me feel like my case truly mattered. Candy was equally amazing — always helpful, caring, and quick to respond whenever I had questions or concerns. Together, they made a stressful and emotional process so much easier to navigate. What stood out most to me was not just their professionalism, but the way they treated me with empathy and respect every step of the way. I never felt like “just another client.” They truly cared. I am deeply grateful for all of their hard work, dedication, and support. I would highly recommend Andrea Smith and Candy to anyone needing legal assistance with insurance matters. I was injured at a restaurant, and I chose this law firm because I saw an advertainment on a billboard looking at the picture, I saw honesty and integrity. I call and new it was the right decision to help me. I cannot say enough good things about Candy. Candy took her time with me on the phone when I was crying how this injury turns my life upside down. The pain I had to endure and the finical trauma I was going through. I was so blessed to have Candy fight for me and boy did she. I would highly recommend this law firm. This firm is exceptional they listen, go out of their way for you. Very professional and compassionate which you I needed. I could keep going on and on how wonderful they are. I was in an accident a year ago and have been working closely with Candy Carmona. She has kept me in the loop though out the whole ordeal and has helped me get my fees and bills negotiated so I would walk away with the best offer!
