The response from Grand Aire was great. I called at 9 am to report my AC unit not working. The technician, Dwayne, was here before noon, quickly diagnosed the problem, and explained my options. Luckily, my unit was still under warranty, so no cost to me. Thanks again Grand Aire and Dwayne.
Daniel came to do our HVAC System Maintenance today. Was right on time and did a great job. He was very friendly and answered all our questions. Never disappointed with their service! Emergency call 4-5 yrs ago first brought Haines to our door within 20 minutes. Found problem, didn’t upsell or try to take advantage of me. Fixed with very reasonable price. Decided to stay with Grande Aire when they merged and have never been disappointed. Took their Maintenance Service and have regular checkups every 6 months. Great peace of mind!
John Tanis was my technician. Was only one out of 10 companies I called to give me a call back in the middle of the night at 2:30am. Came and fixed my AC within an hour. Great guy very professional would definitely recommend.
