Excellent service. I work in the service industry and I am impressed. Kevin is a very hard working and bright young technician. He likes his job and explained my Carrier air conditioning system to me. I signed up for annual service based on the 5 Star Service he delivered.
First technician should have checked the drain and it would have saved us all time and money. Called at 5 when it was totally off and there was just one person working after hours. On his way to Cape Coral. Lucky it was an easy fix and he got here around 8-9. Fixed it correctly and fast.
John Tenis was at our house 2 1/2 hrs after we called in with our problem. Arrived about 10 pm. Immediately found the problem and 30 minutes later we had our air up and running. Can’t say enough about the fast and effeciant service this company offers. John was great and thank you to the entire company. Buy the annual maintenance contract, well worth it
Awesome people!! I had an AC issue and didn’t know who to call or what to do, Grande Aire came through for me. Mario came to my home, and showed me step by step what to do for a minor issue like the one I had. He explained every step and checked everything. Mario is great and I would definitely recommend Grande Aire to anyone because of his gold star service!
On time, friendly, thorough. Our AC unit was 1 year old and the top if the outside unit was rattling and making a loud vibration noise. He recitified it with bumpers and it is as quiet as can be. THANK YOU!! He was also very clean with his work area. We have used them for about 7 years and very plesaed with all their services and love their 1 year service contract!
