From start to finish, everything at GFPS is truly top notch. During my initial consultation, Dr.Hicks made me feel heard, understood and comfortable with what to expect. Once my procedure was scheduled, all pre-op communication and instructions were very detailed and thorough, which I greatly appreciated. In fact, all of the pre-op interactions with the incredible staff (whether in-person or via phone or text) were incredibly friendly, positive and reassuring. I knew I was in good hands and absolutely trusted them with my care. When surgery day arrived, they exceeded my expectations in every way. Dr. Hicks is a truly talented surgeon and everyone on her team is absolutely wonderful. They have a very special group of people at GFPS. I would 10/10 recommend this practice to anyone considering having a procedure done-it has only been one week and my results are already looking amazing. My only regret is that I didn’t schedule my procedure with them years ago! To Dr. Hicks and team-I am so grateful I came to you all for my needs and I can’t thank you enough!

Dr. Hicks and her staff are absolutely amazing! From the first step in the door being greeted so professionally to the consultation, scheduling my procedure with Drew, the procedure, and aftercare could not have been better. Anne Claire is the absolute sweetest and did fantastic with the removal of the sutures and my botox! These ladies will be my go to for any facial needs I have! If I could give them a million stars I would!

I cannot recommend Dr. Hicks enough to anyone considering plastic surgery. I am so so happy with the results of my procedure, and only wish I had this done sooner instead of being afraid! Dr. Hicks is kind, detail oriented, cares about what you want to change but is also very honest about what she believes will look the most natural for your face to match your existing features. It is very, very hard to find a good plastic surgeon who is not trying to drastically alter your appearance and make you look unnatural. I cannot wait to come back for a facelift in 30 years haha. Special shout to Curry and Anne Claire for being the absolute best pre- op and post - op caretakers!!

I can’t say enough about Greenville Facial Plastic Surgery. Dr Hicks performed an upper and lower Bleph on my face and I am so pleased with the results. Dr Hicks and her team are amazing professionals. All of the team are friendly and delightful to deal with. At my consultation, I met with Dr Hicks and could immediately tell that she took great pride in her work and truly wanted to give her patients the results that they wanted! She really listened to me and based her treatment plan on my desires. In addition she is a wonderful surgeon! The results are amazing and exactly what I was hoping for. Drew, the patient care coordinator spent a long time with me explaining the treatments that Dr Hicks had suggested. From the consultation to the post- op stage Drew was available for honest and prompt answers to all my questions. Shout out, to Anne Clair the sweet surgical assistant that took such wonderful care of me throughout the whole process. I am so happy that I chose GFPS for my eye surgery! This team is the best! I highly recommend them! Five Stars!!!
