I wish i could give negative stars. I dropped off jet black jeans to be dry cleaned since they were expensive and recommended dry cleaning—done this many times stateside. They said 1 week. 1 week later: crease down pants I told them not to put beforehand and had white blotches all over that weren’t there before, and black color was now faded. They said sorry - kept a week and a half to “fix.” Picked them up today and crease is gone and white blotches are better but still there—still faded too. All I got was “sorry.” She charged me the $11 and change. I thought about filing a claim for cost pf the pants. Was going to settle for no charge, but all I got was “sorry..” i go back and forth on and off island and leave this Friday so just paid to be a done with this terrible business. Will just donate that $11 to them and buy a new pair. Cannot recommend this place AT ALL.
I used to be a customer of this cleaning shop over 20 years ago. I liked their reliable, fast, and kind service. How can I forget their kindness that they did fix the seam of my pants which came apart without my asking!!! Now I’m glad to be back to a customer again!
